Mended Mind Therapy

People are my passion. Since my graduation from the University of Central Florida in 2018, I have had the pleasure of helping clients feel stronger, more resilient, and less weighed down by life. While I have enjoyed working with many different concerns, I specialize in treatment of ADHD, trauma, and codependency.

In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, knitting/crocheting, collecting uranium glass, reading and spending time with my five amazing cats. My professional style mirrors my natural personality: warm, direct, and supportive. I am a proud member of the Secular Therapy Project and listed as a Kink Aware Professional.
